We specialise in circuit breaker bus bar chassis, copper links, copper connections and copper spacers.

All our products are manufactured and assembled locally in Croydon Victoria Australia. Our products are manufactured and assembled in house by our specialist trained and knowledgeable team using the latest automated CNC machinery for the best possible efficiencies and reduced costs to remain competitive in Australia and on a global scale. 

Our Chassis

Our chassis are fully compliant to all relevant AS/NZS 61439 switchboard standards with certification data to prove advertised ratings.

Currently we have a range of CNC turret machines, CNC machining center, CNC waterjet cutter, CNC bending cell, CNC press brakes, CNC Punching machines automated pick and place robots, automated label application machines, automated capping machine to keep manufacturing at it’s most efficient.

MCB Bus bar Chassis

Nylec design and manufacture multiple ranges of Bus bar Chassis.  The MCB ranges from 250 to 400 Amps.

Encapsulated Chassis

The Nylec range of individual encapsulated chassis is now available. They deliver superior safety benefits for installers and electrical maintenance workers while meeting all relevant AS/NZS 61439 standards.

The extensive, affordable selection ensures that you will find the right encapsulated chassis for any switchboard without breaking your budget.

The entire range is also designed and manufactured in Australia, providing industry leading reliability in tough conditions for commercial and industrial applications.

The ENC 250 Amp and 400 Amp encapsulated chassis is designed to fit the range a range of MCB’s including 1P, 2P, 3P and 4P. The range can also accomodate 27mm Pitch MCB’s and a Hybrid mixture of 27mm Pitch and 18mm Pitch MCB’s..

Flexible

The ENC encapsulated chassis can be mounted for top feed connection or bottom feed connection with the reversing of the label placement as shown in the images.

Mount the chassis to the preferred orientation and fit the labels accordingly.

Versitile

The Nylec ENC chassis is supplied with different phase colours available to suit the specific requirement of the standard you are conforming to.

Compliant

The ENC 250 and 400 amp chassis have been tested to meet the relevant AS/NZS 61439 standards.

MCCB Bus bar Chassis

The Nybus MCCB Chassis is designed and developed to take multiple brands of MCCB’s with ratings up to 630 and 800 Amp.

Nylec offers a wide range of individual encapsulated chassis. The entire range is designed and manufactured in Australia, providing industry leading reliability in tough conditions for commercial and industrial applications.

Flexible

  • The NYBUS 630/800 Amp encapsulated chassis is designed to fit a range of circuit breakers width ’s including 76.2mm, 81mm, 90mm and 105mm.
  • The NYBUS encapsulated chassis can be mounted for top feed connection or bottom feed connection with the reversing of the label placement as shown in the images.
  • Mount the chassis to the preferred orientation and fit the labels accordingly.
  • The NYBUS encapsulated chassis is available in Single Sided options (Left or Right) in both Top/Bottom Feed (TF/BF) or Dual Feed (DF). 
  • In the growing market to segregate light and power the NYBUS Chassis can be ordered as a customized split chassis.
  • By removing the end plates of a standard TF/BF chassis, the TF and BF chassis’ can be combined on a single pan to produced a single split chassis. Shown here is two 12P units combined to make a single 24P split chassis.
  • These chassis could now be mounted directly into a standard 24 pole board without any other customisation.

Versitile

  • The NYBUS 630/800 Amp chassis comes with different phase colours available to suit the specific requirement of the standard you are conforming to. Size ranges from 12 poles to 72 poles.

Isolation Bus bar Chassis

Nylec has proudly designed and developed our own unique isolation solution with a short circuit performance of 36ka at 0.1 seconds.

NYSOL8

The Nysol8 Chassis is a disconnect style chassis designed to fit a broad range of MCB’s, providing a safer method for connecting, powering, and disconnecting MCB’s from a chassis.

Versitile

The Nysol8 chassis has many options:

  • Pole size range from 6 to 108 poles.
  • Suitable for a large range of different MCBs terminal heights
  • Red, White, Blue, Black colour coding for phase tee off insulators and corresponding Nysol8 actuators for phase and neutral identification. Orange or white enclosure mouldings Eg. For different tariffs or different types of circuits
  • Dual feeds with a split at any section without any increase in plastic enclosure length.
  • Option to colour code split chassis. Eg. For different tariffs.
  • Poles Standard 18mm pitch.
  • RWB, three phase or single phase (Enquire for 3 phase actuator).
  • RN, BN, WN Single phase + neutrals.
  • RWBN, or NRWB four pole (three phase + neutral).
  • Busbars for supply at one end. Suitable for side fed through a suitable isolating switch.

Compliant

  • The Nysol8 chassis complies with standards for Isolating Switches (AS/NZS IEC 60947.3), Switchboards (AS/NZS 61439: and AS/NZS 3439) and Wiring Rules (AS/NZS 3000).
  • The Nysol8 chassis is rated 250A, 10kA/1.0s, 36kA/0.1s and has been fully type tested to suit a large range of MCBs.
  • Suitable to achieve compliance with all forms of separation as shown in AS/NZS 61439 Appendix ZC.
